1. Local app data
Workplace data stored locally can be removed using the relevant in-app delete/reset controls where available. Uninstalling AttendGate or clearing Android app storage can remove local app data from that device, but it does not delete copies previously exported, shared or stored on another paired device/service.
2. Employee records
Administrators should use the employee-management controls to remove employee records that are no longer required. Because attendance and facial data can be sensitive, verify the workplace's legal retention requirements before deletion.
3. Backups and exports
Manual backup and exported files are controlled by the user. Delete unwanted copies from the phone, file manager, messaging app, email account, cloud drive or other service where you saved/shared them.
4. Google Admin account and workspace access
Workspace Owners can revoke an additional Admin's workspace access without deleting the Admin's Google account. Signing out or uninstalling removes access from that client but does not itself delete the shared workspace. To delete workplace data, use AttendGate's employee/workspace controls or request assistance as described below.
5. Synced/online data
When connected-device synchronization is enabled, some workplace data may be stored in Google Firebase/Google Cloud services configured for AttendGate. In-app deletion is intended to control the active workspace data associated with those features, but exported or independently retained copies may not be affected.
6. Request deletion assistance
If you believe data remains in AttendGate-managed online services and you cannot remove it through the app, email support@attendgate.in with the subject “AttendGate data deletion request”.
Include enough information to identify the relevant workspace/device record, but do not send facial images, passwords, full employee lists or other unnecessary sensitive data by email. We may ask for limited verification information before acting on a request.
Requests will be handled subject to applicable law, legitimate security needs and any legal record-retention obligations.
