1. AttendGate Free
AttendGate Free is ₹0 and supports up to 5 registered employees per workspace. The core AttendGate workflow remains available, including face attendance, optional blink liveness, employee management, attendance corrections, payroll calculations, editable Excel and PDF reports, multi-device features, notifications and backup/restore. Ads are limited to the Kiosk standby screen.
2. AttendGate Plus
AttendGate Plus increases the workspace capacity to up to 500 registered employees and removes AttendGate advertising from paired Kiosk devices. Plus applies to the workspace, so paired Admin and Kiosk devices receive the same verified plan.
3. Price and purchase model
The reference India price for AttendGate Plus is ₹1,999 per year as a recurring Google Play subscription. Google Play is authoritative for localized price, taxes, payment method, renewal, cancellation and subscription status.
4. Private promotional offers
AttendGate may issue unique single-use private offer codes for selected friends, partners, campaigns or support situations. Current private discount levels may include 10%, 20% and 50%. When a valid private code is first accepted, it is bound to that AttendGate workspace so forwarding the same code to another workspace will not work. The code authorizes an eligible Google Play offer; Plus is granted only after the Play purchase is verified by the AttendGate backend.
For eligible 100% promotions, AttendGate may use eligible Google Play subscription promotion codes. Those codes are managed under Google Play's own redemption rules.
5. Moving from the earlier six-slot test
An earlier closed-test release allowed a sixth registered employee. Updating to the current Free plan does not delete, hide or rewrite that existing sixth employee or their attendance history. A Free workspace already above the new five-employee limit can keep using existing records but cannot register another employee. If its active count later falls to 5, the normal Free limit applies.
6. Restore and verification
Plus is a workspace entitlement backed by server-side verification of the Google Play purchase. The app includes a restore flow for supported Play purchases. A copied code, modified local value or unverified payment does not by itself create a valid Plus entitlement.
7. Refunds and revoked purchases
Refund eligibility and payment disputes are handled under Google Play's applicable rules. AttendGate may periodically re-check a Play-backed entitlement. If Google Play reports that the purchase is no longer active, the workspace can return to the Free plan without deleting its existing workplace data.
8. Your data when a plan changes
A plan change does not itself delete existing employee, attendance, payroll, report or backup data. Employee registration limits and advertising behavior change according to the verified plan.
