1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing or using AttendGate, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use AttendGate for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. What AttendGate provides
AttendGate provides workplace tools such as Google-authenticated Admin access, Web Admin, Android Admin and Kiosk roles, shared workspace permissions, employee records, face-based employee identification, attendance events, configurable Kiosk modes, attendance corrections, notifications, payroll calculations, editable Excel and PDF reports, backup/restore and connected-device features. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Business and administrator responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful configuration and use of AttendGate, protecting Google accounts, administrator devices and Kiosk-control passwords, reviewing and revoking Admin access when appropriate, safeguarding backups and exports, keeping workplace information accurate, restricting access to authorized people and maintaining any independent records required by law.
4. Face enrollment, liveness and employee privacy
Before enrolling or processing an employee's facial information, the workplace must provide any required notice and obtain any required consent or authorization. AttendGate must not be used for covert surveillance, public identification or purposes unrelated to legitimate workplace attendance. Face recognition and optional liveness checks are technical aids and can produce errors; administrators remain responsible for reviewing attendance records.
5. Admin accounts and workspace access
Google-authenticated Admins may access an authorized workspace from supported Android or browser clients. The workspace creator is the Owner and may invite or revoke additional Admin accounts. Admin invitation links are temporary and must be used only by the intended authorized person. Android Kiosks are paired separately and do not require Google sign-in.
6. Free and Plus plans
AttendGate Free supports up to 5 registered employees per workspace and may show advertising only on the Kiosk standby screen. AttendGate Plus supports up to 500 registered employees per workspace and removes AttendGate's Kiosk advertising. Plus is intended as a recurring yearly subscription purchased through Google Play.
Workspaces that already contain more than 5 employees because of an earlier test build will not have those existing records automatically deleted or hidden. A Free workspace at or above its current limit cannot add another employee until its active employee count is below the applicable Free limit.
7. Billing, purchases and private offers
Digital Plus purchases in the Google Play-distributed Android app are processed through Google Play. The localized price, taxes, payment method, renewal status, cancellation controls and refund rules shown by Google Play apply. The reference India price for AttendGate Plus is ₹1,999/year, but Google Play's checkout is the authoritative price for the buyer's account and region.
AttendGate may issue unique private promotional offer codes. A private code can be single-use, time-limited, disabled and bound to a specific workspace when first validated. A code only authorizes the corresponding Google Play offer; it does not itself create a Plus entitlement. Plus is granted only while the backend verifies an entitled Google Play subscription state. Cancelling renewal does not remove access before the paid period expires. Eligible Google Play subscription promotions may also be used where configured in Play Console.
8. Data, exports and backups
Changing plan level or reaching an employee limit does not by itself delete employee or attendance records. You are responsible for reviewing exports and payroll calculations before relying on them and for protecting any reports or backup files you create or share.
9. Availability and testing
AttendGate may be distributed through testing tracks before public release. Features, third-party services and commercial terms may be adjusted during testing. We may suspend a feature or promotional code for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, provider changes or technical maintenance.
10. Accuracy and liability
Attendance recognition, liveness checks, synchronization, notifications, payroll calculations and reports can be affected by device, camera, network, configuration or user error. AttendGate should not be the sole record where law or business policy requires independent payroll, wage, safety or compliance records. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AttendGate is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as AttendGate changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
